Can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.

I started ballet and gymnastics at the age of 3. As I got older, I got more interested in different styles of dance. Now I do Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Acro, and Tap.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?

Things have not been easy for me, and I don’t think they are for most successful people. I have to train a lot to keep improving. I push myself every day to train hard and to always push myself even if it is hard.

What personal limitations if any did you go through in your young career?

I have to work for every success I have earned, as I do not have as much natural talent as most dancers do. This means I need to work twice as hard, if I want to see results.

Has anybody ever tried to limit you on what you could do? If so how did you fight it?

I hear that a lot, however, it never stops me. It only makes me work hard and figure out how I can get there.

How do you conquer negative talk?

I write in my journal, and I talk to my mom.

What is your favorite quote?

"You get what you put in." - Kid Rock

So, what’s next? Any big plans?

I plan to go to as many conventions as I can. I would also like to meet as many amazing choreographers as I can.
